40+ Louisiana content creators bring their Cajun dishes to the line, head to head, loudest cooks on the internet. VIP gets plated 6pm to 8pm. Everyone else gets the show, the hangout, and the loudest bayou energy in Texas.

All day on the big board: cook teams battling for the SCCA World title. The public starts sampling at noon, sampling closes at 5:30pm or whenever the supply runs out. Family fun zone, vendors, food trucks all day. Chasin U closes it out with the biggest Morgan Wallen tribute set in Texas.
